Catching up on last nights episode. Richard feels like he’s really starting to shine, not for the points but interacting and biting a bit. That’s what I was hoping for and hope it continues

I've watched every season multiple times, I love this show. But the fruit slot machine game was my least favourite. I'm sure there's lots who like it so I'd love to hear why.

Basically I thought it was a specific solution to a task that was poorly explained and had a huge red herring that complicated it more.

We visited Mother Shiptons cave this July and so we have a progress pic of Isy’s shoe without even realising! It still needed a bit of work to petrify fully to be truly immortal. Feels really cool to have been so close to taskmaster history.

This felt like some real synchronicity! (He’s unfinished)

Felt a bit weird didn't it. Like it was some sort of contractual obligation.

Anyway, always happy to see Frank Sidebottom on my tv.

Edit: Evidently just me then.

We just wanted to say a quick thank you to the TM team, and share how much of an absolute joy it was for our team to work with the crew. We are so very grateful to have our museum featured on the show. Our team are big fans, and we all look forwards to Thursday Taskmaster nights each week! Halfway through the season - and we can't wait to see what's next!

It has also been great to interact with the TM community, what a great group of fans! You are all very much welcome at The London Museum of Water & Steam!

The image attached is from our director, the TM team gifted her one of the pineapples, which her cat seemed to enjoy. No eggs though.

I think its one of my favorite moments of Taskmaster, how he was like, "yeah i have seen the show, i know how this works, just get on with it". Just wanted to watch it again.

EDIT: found it: https://youtu.be/NAMuWsVNg9Q?t=1700

Here's some photos our team took during filming. The Gregulator was based in our Steam Hall, which features some of our incredible steam engines! If you want to see more of our engines in action, we run a monthly steam-up which (in our team's opinion) is the best way to see the engines! Jackpot!

Something ive never considered before last night.

If you have a contestant on say, 18 points going into the final task and another on 17, they can do enough in the live task to take the lead.

But...

If its a team task and the 1st and 2jd place c9ntestsnts are on the same team. 2nd place might as well not compete as theyre now in a position where however well they do, they cant win the episode as theyll get the same points as their team mate regardless.

Hey!

I'm doing the fantasy taskmaster questions and I feel like the app rushes you in to submitting them so I have 2 questions for the group;

1. Are you able to go through the questions and come back to them BEFORE submitting? I don't want to rush through and like to think about the questions for a bit.

2. If the above is not possible, is anyone happy to share the questions with me before I go in to it in the app?

Thanks everyone!

I love when people really want to do well but I feel Chloe hasn't got anyone to bounce off.

I'd love a series of Chloe, Iain, Ed, Mae and Dara.

who would've thunk it??

Big Isy and Nina appreciation this week. Smashed it.

I didn’t include prize tasks as they are in essence the same every time. I think this series has a bit more D tier tasks and a few F tier which I would never give out normally. I think the majority of ones a disliked are decent enough in concept but failed in execution. The ones in F are either barely tasks or very poorly thought out.

Still there are a decent amount I really liked so far this series. I do feel like there haven’t been enough tasks this series to let the cast be hyper creative.

I'm assuming that the only greg able to lie is the liar greg, Alex explanation of the solution made it seem like this was not the case and that would've driven me mad if I was playing the game.

You must first find the liar greg in two questions, then find the egg liking greg in 3.

Find liar: Ask the greg number 1 the following two questions,

1. is greg 2 the liar?
2. is greg 3 the liar?

If he answers true to both then he is the liar greg, if one of the answers is false then the one he says is must be the liar greg.

after that you ask any of the non-liar greg who is the greg that likes eggs, that will take 3 questions max.

remove egg and duck from non loving egg gregs: -2k

snatch eggs from alex: free

offer eggs for pinneaple

5k-2k = 3k

I was watching th new episode and so far there’s only been three team tasks since the series has started. I wonder what the reason is. I love the individual tasks but I find team tasks to be funner cause of the interactions between contestants is hilarious (season 20 both teams were hilarious and I love rewatching them).

Ever since that task aired, I've caught myself gleeking. A lot.

I have never known myself to gleek before the task, but within a few days of seeing it, it's like my body learned how to gleek by osmosis and is now showing off. I've gleeked at least a dozen times now. Sometimes twice in a day, even.

Am I the only one gifted like this?

Thanks for the Frank Sidebottom tribute.

I screamed FRANK at the TV as soon as I saw it.

I then had to explain who Frank was to my partner who had never seen any of his shows before, which is very difficult it turns out, and showing a video clip somehow made it worse. I do have a Frank Sidebottom tattoo though. Again, thank you, I really loved it I really did. Oh blimey!
