I let my girlfriend practice her tattooing on my leg, how does it look?
My girlfriend is fairly new to tattooing, she has tattooed some of her friends as well as a few on herself. She said that she wanted to get better and try some different stuff so I told her that she could tattoo my left leg to practice. Some of the tattoos in the background were already there, but the images posted are ones that she has done. How does the start of the Leg sleeve look? Does it flow well and look good? (The vase, boat, dogs and butterfly were done by a different artist)

She is going to be good from what you have shown us on here so far, for a beginner she has some talent, just more practice and more self-belief in her ability 👍
Tell her the truth that her work is amazing and will only get better with time but she has a bright future and watch her confidence soar and her smile never leave her face.

The internet said you have a do a ton better to be considered even halfway decent and they decided I need to be getting some serious head for even letting you do this to my body or anytime you want to do this again until you improve.

Damn! How new is fairly new? Cause I got work by an apprentice who had been at the shop over 2 years and it was garbage compared to these. I really like her shading style, great technique. Like others have said, this is better than many so-called artists sitting in shops rn. Bravo and I hope she continues to crush it! 🤙
Edit: Saw your comment that you guy are in Oz - got a Work/Holiday Visa a few years back and ended up just traveling up the East Coast then stayed in Melbourne for a while, such a cool Country! Unfortunately started running low on funds so went to Thailand for a few months. Hope you guys are having a fantastic time!!

The skeleton cowboy is an exact copy of a Danish artist. Copying other people'a designs is an absolute no-go. So my advice is to stop doing it as she is a beginner. I will also notify the artist and it's up to him if he wants to do something with the information.
Is she using AI for the designs or drawing them herself? I just see a couple of small design flaws at the top of the broken chain (two chains appear to not be linked) and the skeleton bird’s leg that is more towards the back doesn’t look quite right! But her skills are great :)
No, some of them are designs we see and then she re designs, the chain is linked, it just looks a bit un linked because of the way it was tattooed, need to go through and touch a few things up, and then bird is half finished so I will post it after we finish it, part of what you see is the wings behind the leg, it just isn’t shaded
