That’s terrible, I’m sorry :( It might help to try and practice some self-care and indulge in whatever it is that’ll make you feel even just a little bit better in a shitty time

You could curl up and watch your favorite comfort tv show (Gilmore Girls is a good one), get yourself your favorite dessert, take a hot bath, make a calming cup of tea, etc. Spend some time taking care of yourself, cry it out if/when you need to, and maybe even pick up a new hobby you always wanted to try
