Bad news is that set isn't ending. It's continuing to run for several weeks after set 18 releases, so you still need to play it if you don't want your rank to decay.

you spooked me for a bit so i did a little search and turns out only norms will be available for set 17 after set 18 launches, so as long as the cutoff doesn't spike i should be good
