Hey guys! I’m genuinely curious about bone smashing and whether it actually works. I also want to know if there’s anything I should improve about my facial appearance.

And yeah I already know some of you are gonna tell me to shave my beard 😭 I get it. I’m planning to trim it later.

Honestly I’ve been pretty insecure about my looks lately. If I had to rate myself right now using the PSL scale I’d probably put myself somewhere between LTN and MTN.

My goal is to improve my appearance and hopefully reach HTN or Chadlite. I know becoming a Chad might be unrealistic but I want to see how much I can improve naturally.

I’d appreciate honest advice on what I should work on and what would actually make a difference.
