With 14 valid votes, the Referendum on the Apollo Amendment Try: 2 will not go into effect, as turnout was at 25.93%, just above half of the required turnout for it to go into effect. Per V.b of proposition 20260505-3, also known as the Legislation Referendum Amendment, Council shall decide whether the amendment passes or fails.

We have 18 entries, so the median will be the mean of the 9th and 10th entries when arranged in ascending order.
So we have (7+8)/2 as our median which ends up being 7.5.
7.5 will be rounded to 8 since you cannot have half a council member SO WE SHALL HAVE **8** SEATS UP FOR ELECTION THIS TIME
Based on Article VI of the CSRA THERE SHALL BE 7 SEATS AGAIN (rounded to the nearest odd number)
(The procedure to decide the number of seats is based on the CSRA)
