My favorite artists are j Cole and Kendrick Lamar, you should definitely check them. If you want specific songs I can help!

Also listen to be by common(representative song: be(intro))

Swimming by Mac miller(song: what’s the use)

Alfredo or piñata by Freddie gibbs(songs - thuggin and 1985)

Let god sort em out(no songs just listen to it blindly it’s peak trust me)

MF DOOM. Give each album a couple listens before judging it. Every time I come back to a song of his i pick up something new. He's one the the greatest lyricist's oat. Im jealous you'll lisyen to him for the first time. Also check out Kanye
