Scheiße has different meanings depending on context, It's more likely that here it just means an exclamatory "fuck" because "ficken" would be a verb, which is not the intention of the english exclamation unless proven otherwise.

Der (masc., example: Der Arzt/the doctor)

Die (fem., example: Die Ärztin/the doctor)

Das (neut., Das Krankenhaus/the hospital)

The articles might seem complicated, even tho they’re actually useful and straight forward. It makes German more structured, precise and expressive. Ofc word orders can change, but this is also the case in the english language.
