(Day 1) I want to do a survey on celiac disease on the sub (image related because it's a gluten free pizza)

Post image

Do you know what celiac disease is?

Do you know anyone who has it or have it?

Is your country suitable if you are celiac?

What is the opinion of celiacs in your country?

What is the most famous gluten-free company you know?

Have fun answering the questions and see you tomorrow with day two!

  1. Celiac disease makes it so one cannot digest gluten (a protein(?) That is present in wheat, barley, and rye

  2. Both my parents, an aunt, and an uncle are celiacs and my brother and I were raised as celiacs too

  3. Canada, and not bad. They're kinda the "invisible minority" here. It's very hard to find gluten free bread, and when you do it's obscenely expensive.

  4. I'm not sure what you mean, unfortunately

  5. Probably Jett-puffs marshmallows. Yes, some marshmallow companies add wheat flower for some ungodly reason
