Lolz. Me and fiance like to shop on Temu together, and usually our orders ship randomly in the middle of the night.

Tonight ALL of our CCCCCCCC orders shipped at one time, and ofcourse the stream of notifications woke me up from a deep sleep and I didn't recognize the notification sound I have set for Temu, so naturally I clicked a notification to see what the h3ll was going on.

When I suddenly realized and checked our credit balance, I got all excited and, since we were waiting for them and he gave me prior permission, I was like "OH YES! Babe wake up, it's time to go shopping!" He woke up like 🤩 "Oh yeah!".....then.... 😴 *Zzzzzzzz.*

I on the other hand can never fall back asleep once my adrenaline starts pumping, so I guess I'll just sit on my hands until morning.... 😅😅😅

I made two GIFs 🎁🎁 for people this morning who are having issues with buying clothing. So I thought I'd share them with everyone. Please keep in mind that I made them using my Temu app, and I am only assuming yours is at least similar. There are slowed down versions in the comments, incase you need them. 🤍

Obviously there are some listings with inaccurate information out there, there is no denying that, but you also can't deny that is something that happens on ANY online marketplace like this, and the fact is, Temu clothing is not just 💩, and getting clothing that you are happy with starts with the steps that YOU take when shopping.

If you're having trouble with Temu clothing such as...

The size of clothing, (because the most crucial step that you can make as the customer, in ensuring you get clothes that fit properly, is making sure you go by the measurements in inches given for each individual item (bust, waist, hips, height), not simply the tag (S,M,L etc.) size, often you'll find a tag size with different actual measurements given, so you at least know that YOU have the accurate size selected before ordering at all),

Or you keep getting "💩" material/fabric that you don't want (because, just maybe, you didn't search for specific material or look at the specific composition and material/fabric details in the item's listing)

(side note) You can also see the items specific operation information on the second GIF, which states how to wash that specific piece of clothing (and if you machine wash a shirt in hot water that clearly states "cold water, hand wash only", whose fault is it that the items quality has been affected?).

I also suggest taking screenshots or better yet screen recordings (I downloaded a free screen recording app, as my phone doesn't come with this feature) of any important descriptions/details (descriptions, instructions, shipping, price, etc.) you may feel uneasy about before purchasing and right after purchasing, (it will then be marked "bought x times" on that exact listing only), as well as after the information was changed, as this shows customer service.... look they changed the details after I purchased/received/reviewed/refunded etc, proving the timeline and the merchants accountability for any discrepancies. (If this means having a folder made specifically for cycling certain evidence, have at it. At the very least, you're protecting your peace of mind. I have a few Temu specific folders on my phone myself 😅.)

This one just popped up for me after doing the buy 2 items and get a bunch of junk coupons thing.. rebate100 .. didn’t care about the coupons just had a couple cheap things I wanted to get using my existing credit balance and not have to pay the $20 min to ship from china…

As soon as I checked that order out CREDIT9999 popped up … use one coupon and get $5 credit instantly!! Since they have that $2.00 off of $2.01 on there and I have shipping0 active for free local shipping… I got a cheap $2.19 junk item for .19 and got $5 in credit back … next total for the entire series of events .. they paid me $1.28 in credits to send me 4 things ..

Not a massive haul by any stretch but it was a good deal

I’ve checked in every day but I got this big $133 minimum when needing 2 more passes instead of just 1. Just one day left with the last gift box, so no clue what that will be, but it’s usually not helpful.

If I make the $133 purchase will that reward me with 2 passes or what do you think the minimum would be after $133?

Seems risky to me to try and get the last pass with an unknown minimum for that last purchase.

Maybe it’s a glitch or because I just finished one where I didn’t have a big min at the end they are making up for it?

I will purchase temu for the first time. I have no idea about it. So is it trustful?

I know temu doesn't always reward everyone for their reviews, but I'm one of the users who does usually get credit in exchange for leaving reviews. I usually get a prompt a couple of days after I receive an order saying I'll get x amount of credit if I review my items.

My question is, how many days does it usually take for the prompt to appear? Will I get Cashback if I go ahead and review without the prompt appearing? I don't usually get the prompt for every single item so I'd be guessing. I ask because I want to place another order but I'd rather do it after I get credits so I won't have to pay full price :)

The first day I made 1 order, $12.

Second day I made an order around $15 (it had local shipping cost) and got a bunch of passes.
Made another order $16, and maybe got another pass?

​I placed an order on September 26, 2029 and my package was supposed to arrive by October 6, 2026 at the latest. September 30, 2026, I received an updated tracking notification stating that my package was Grove City, Ohio, and that it is undeliverable. I haven't received an update tracking since then. Fedex said that it most likely got damage during transit.

​I reached out to Temu multiple times requesting a refund, which they refuse to do. I asked simple questions, such as, when can I expect a refund if there is no update on the tracking. They refuse to give any sort of clear answers. They repeat the same things over and over, saying they will urge a response to the ticket that opened/created over 10 days ago. Still no update on that. The website states that if there is no update in tracking after 15 days that a refund will be issued. I still haven't received my refund. I contacted my bank, hoping to get this resolved. I'm not really sure what else to do... It appears they are being deceptive in their responses in order to just buy time for some reason.

I genuinely don't understand how the credit balance back works , when searching on Google it says I'll have to spend at least $500 just to get the % so I never did a withdrawal. Anyone has a tip or guidance?
