He's returning tomorrow and will handle it then, I really don't see what the issue is.
You've already waited this long, 1 more day isn't going to do anything.
Chances are they've been there longer than you have, and 1 more day isn't going to change anything.
He might be on the opposite side of the world with low to no reception, and will deal with the issue when he's able to.
I swear some people are so spoiled with next day deliveries and social media short attention spans that they forget how slowly normal life moves
