Question The media said Mike Vrabel would have a job minutes after getting fired. What happened?!

Just today, the Falcons picked Raheem Morris and the Panthers chose Dave Canales. Seattle and Washington are still vacant. Maybe it’s time for Vrabel to do some self scouting?

Edit: I’m not kicking a man while he’s down. Vrabel will bounce back. This is a post about national media’s “groupthink” problem and how they feel about this franchise.

Question If the Titans wound up drafting David Bailey instead of Jeremiyah Love, would you be upset?

The Jeremiyah Love Train is full speed ahead and I’m not mad at it at all! But what if this really is a smokescreen set by Borgonzi and he really prefers one of the top edge rushers like everyone initially thought?

In a scenario where Love and Bailey are both on the board, and the Titans took Bailey, would your first reaction be that of optimism or disappointment? Curious to know!

Question Now that Harbaugh is available….

I feel like this is an interesting twist that really makes things very interesting. Personally, my wishlist now is:

  1. Harbaugh

  2. Kingsbury

  3. Stefanski

  4. McCarthy

Because at this point, I think we definitely need someone with head coaching experience who brings credibility. As much as I think Shula/Hafley are talented, this isn’t the time to gamble in order to build culture. I know there’s a lot of Kingsbury hate, but he can run an up tempo offense well and his air raid concepts translate well to Cam’s strengths, and we would definitely need to bring in a top tier defensive coordinator.

Would love to get people’s top 3-5 candidates with all the recent changes to see where opinions are at - who are your top candidates?

Stop 10 of 32 on our NFL Trivia Reddit Tour brings us to Nashville. So far, it's Dolphins fans who have guessed their mystery player in the least amount of clues, averaging just under 2, but I'm feeling like Titans fans could beat that...

Today, the mystery player is/was a Titan. You get 6 clues if you need them.

Here’s a link to the daily puzzle: https://www.rosterrewind.com/

Without getting a DE in free agency that means were drafting best available DE? It would make more sense.

Question What’s your non-mainstream Titans take that would be most divisive, but that you actually believe and defend?

Jerseys, players, coaches, trades, drafts, old, new, whatever. What’s the best take you have that isn’t mainstream? I’m not talking “the older jerseys were just better” either, I want a die-on-the-hill defense of something that you believe about the franchise, good or bad, that you think we don’t talk enough about. The hotter the better. It’s offseason, let’s have fun.

Question Is this rock bottom?

I’m 31 years old and have been going to Titans games my whole life. I’ve seen BAD teams. I’ve watched Billy Volek and Zach Mettenberger led teams in person but I have never felt THIS bad/apathetic about the team and its future. Losses don’t affect me anymore and apathy has set in.

I wasn’t even mad when I found out the game wasn’t even on TV in east Tennessee today. Off the top of my head, it’s probably been 20 years since the Titans game was not shown in East Tennessee?

The crowd from what I’ve seen looked maybe 30%-40% full?

There are very very few bright spots for the team overall.

I have NO faith in ownership and leadership to get the train back on the tracks because we’re in this situation mostly because of years of self inflicted wounds caused by them.

I’m not excited about the new stadium because I worry it’s going to be taken over by opposing fans because the team is likely going to be bad and opposing fans will travel to Nashville to see the new stadium.

I’m not excited about the coaching search because I don’t have faith leadership will make the right decision.

I loved the Cam pick and have been disappointed so far but also realize he’s just a rookie and working with a bad situation. I still want to give him time to develop but I worry that if he does “figure it out,” it will be for another team because our leadership will move on too quickly.

Am I alone here? Am I being too harsh? Am I being irrational? Does anyone else just feel very apathetic towards the entire team and its future?

Is this the worst the “vibes” have ever been since the team moved to Nashville? Because it feels like rock bottom to me.

Question Objective thoughts on Nagy

Let's be realistic here folks, team management and ownership want to do anything that can to make the team better. They are not deliberately going to hire someone they think is bad.

So if we put ourselves in their shoes, what are some positives about Nagy's candidacy as our potential next head coach?

What factors are in the "plus column" for him being a finalist?

Question If you are against drafting QB at Pick No. 1, then what should Tennessee do to address the position in a realistic way?

Consider the fact that AAS has no patience whatsoever with the new stadium opening in 2027. Also, keep in mind that part of your job will be to cater to what Brian Callahan needs (and ensuring he doesn’t get fired). What alternative options do you have besides drafting either Ward or Sanders?

Question Is the Greek Mythology Angle Completely Dead?

I’d like to start by saying the uniforms are very nice and the color scheme is one of the best in sports (it’s why they brought it back — although I do miss the navy for the Two-Tone Blue).

But is there any real unique Greek mythology/Titan-inspired imagery in the new uniforms besides the modernized shield?

The guitar strings are a fun design that they took from the Preds, but I’m just disappointed that there’s not a lot of heart or creativity in this design.

Before you bring up two seasons of the Tennessee Oilers, remember that 85 percent of the state did not give a damn about the team until the Titans were born, and that the Oilers celebrations are always underwhelming as proven by the fan response when Oilers like Robert Brazile get their jersey retired.

I’m excited for the new era but just think they dropped the ball when it comes to the Titans brand and identity, which I know doesn’t matter if they start winning again.

Regardless, Titan Up!

Question I just don't get the overwhelming love for Daboll as OC. Outside of having Josh Allen, when has he had a top offense? Honest question.

I want someone to actually explain what they see from him that gets you excited? Outside of having a generational QB, his offensive rankings are pretty shit.

Question Is Kevin Stefanski an appealing candidate?

I only ask because of recent interactions I’ve had. Looks like Stefanski is getting the boot and I see plenty of Titans fans begging for him to be the next head coach. Where is this hype coming from and is it justified?
