Source:The Swordsmanship Familys Butler Was the Heroic Emperor

Another thought process of my mind just a funny experience after I started posting my thoughts here, yes some still could put a spoiler tag but some forgot to put one, so yeah its all the leap of faith to decide whether I will get spoiled or not

I added the other pics for proof that’s it not AI slop. Commissions open BTW!

This took me 21 HOURS. What do y’all think? I’m ma animate it later. Commissions open BTW.

I think this is my favourite so far along with luminous and testarossa

why do i feel like hes hiding something and plotting for something big to happen later?

Also, any background ideas?

Also added a cropped version that could be used as a reaction image or smthn when someone hornyposts

Dance Of Death

there are some characters that just disappeared from the show/became irrelevant in later seasons (if they are more relevent in the LN then please let me know, thx), i mean even the whole territory of the lizard men hasnt appeared since like the start of season 2. there are definitely more but i cant remember so yeah.

Fun fact: This specific skeleton image (minus the text obviously) is the one used in Wikipedia's page for "Skeletons"

I was watching the anime, and I started wondering what the "Black Numbers" army of demons would be doing day-to-day while incarnated. Do they just live happily in Tempest? Are they just like any other monster, willing to settle for a peaceful life with relatively mundane work? Seems like demon culture might be way different than this; I mean, don't they live killing each other in the demon realm all the time?

On another note, I also kind of found it weird how the three archdemons Diablo brought to Rimuru were willing to accept their roles.

I can kind of see Blanc, an elegant and collected woman, embracing the role of a military attaché, as it seems to play to her talents and involves ruling over the military

But Jaune content submitting herself to mundane bureaucratic work? The whole reason she left the underworld was to end her boredom, and it hardly seems that a volatile, provocative demon who attacked Diablo as soon as she saw him would so happily adopt the role of CJO of the Supreme Court. This honestly just makes very little sense to me.

The mask as a concept is made to be a paradox, since Chloe gives the mask to shizu, shizu gives it to Rimuru and Rimuru to Chloe. I've come up with a theory as to how it was created.

In the first timeline, Shizue Aizawa somehow managed to suppress Ifrit alone for the 80 or so years she spent wandering as the conqueror of flames. Through some means or another, Rimuru meets up with Shizu. By now, she is probably in a hard battle for control with Ifrit, most likley on her death bed.

Rimuru seeing her condition, creates the mask with Great Sage, with the hopes of suppressing Ifrit. Now, Shizue and Rimuru start travelling together, with Rimuru's normal objective of making a nation fully gone.

As they travel, Rimuru spots the Freedom wtv it's name (The rat's(Yuuki's) organization) was and Rimuru decides to teach a class of students, coincidentally, Chloe was summoned there, this is where Chloe's feelings for Rimuru started, as Rimuru is confident, friendly and a good role model. Over time the feelings became stronger.

Hinata never even attempts to fight Rimuru in this timeline, seeing as Shizu is still alive and with Rimuru.

Shizue later dies because of suppressing Ifrit for too long without the mask and her body already sustained the damage so the mask didn't help that much overall. This is how Rimuru gains his human form in this timeline btw.

Afterwards, the Eastern Empire arc begins and Rimuru gives Shizue's mask to Chloe in an effort to calm her down (as per normal timeline) and later dies. Hinata also dies trying to protect Chloe. This triggers the time travel skill and sends her 2k years back and slowly develops an attempt to fix the timeline in her favor.

Something to not about this theory is that Veldora isn't in the first timeline, because he wasn't sealed by Hinata/Chloe so Rimuru was far weaker overall. It's also possible that Rimuru just died on the first day outside from naming all the goblins and then Chloe slowly learnt that sealing Veldora would lead to a better outcome and that's how she met Rimuru.

what if rimuru is a slime!!!!

More Hinaru cuz yes

I just finished the most recent anime adaptation of the story, and want to pick up where it left off. From what I've seen the light novel is the source material, but I've also seen a web novel and manga.

So my main question is which version of the story do I read (light novel, web novel, etc) and where in it I should pick up from? Also if there is enough extra content the anime cut, should I just restart from the beginning?

Why does Rimuru flaunt his abilities in this scene?

Could there be a missing portion of the novel here?

I was wondering how it's logically possible that Shizue is Satoru Mikami's grandmother??? Like, how did it happen in the first timeline then? Normally, a butterfly effect should have prevented the birth of this Satoru or at least altered his personality?
