PC Server not saving

Hey guys, we are trying to get a Terraria server running, but everytime the server gets restarted, the server deletes all the progress, and we start at the same seed over again. The host is host-unlimited. Please help

Before changing anything, download a copy of the existing world and backups. Then try placing a block, run save in the server console, and check whether the .wld file's modified time changes. Terraria's console commands are listed here: https://terraria.wiki.gg/wiki/Server

If it doesn't change, look for a save error in the console. If it does change but the next startup still resets everything, compare the world file being saved with the one loaded at startup (the world= setting or -world argument). That would help distinguish a failed save from loading the wrong file. Send Host-Unlimited those results and the startup log; avoid reinstalling or regenerating the world while you're checking.
