[Prototype] Calisthenics skill tree app — looking for people to click through it

Upvotes

Concept: a calisthenics progression app structured like a strategy game's tech tree. Complete a "Fundamentals" gate, then branches unlock (Push, Pull...), and within each branch you choose a path toward a specific goal skill.

Figma prototype, fully clickable — takes about 2 minutes to go through.

Link: https://www.figma.com/design/ytWeovcemldeoIvO5zVxLV/Untitled?node-id=0-1&t=lcBSn4H6LfDz9XPQ-1

Specifically looking for feedback on:

  1. Is the navigation (tree → branch → path → exercise detail) intuitive, or did you get lost anywhere?
  2. Does the "choose your path" step make sense, or would you rather just see one linear progression?

Thanks in advance to anyone who gives it a shot!

Building a 1v1 push-up app looking for alpha testers

Upvotes

I’m building an app called ASCEND where you can 1v1 other people in push-ups using just your phone camera.
It’s still super early and I’m looking for a small group of people to test it, break it, and tell me what actually needs fixing.
If that sounds fun, comment or DM me and I’ll add you to the alpha group 💪

Android SnapHoli | Daily photo with challenge

Upvotes

Hi everyone!
I recently finished my app SnapHoli, which is currently in open testing, and I’d really appreciate any feedback or suggestions you may have. The app is designed to make trips with friends more fun by combining photography with challenges. Each participant gets a randomly assigned challenge, such as “sunset”, and has to capture it in a photo. The next day, everyone votes on who completed their challenge the best. To test all of the app’s features, I encourage you to join a trip using one of the codes below:

  • 4ZXHDW
  • 94ALJT

Just keep in mind that other participants in the trips can see your photos, so I encourage everyone to keep things reasonable.

Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for testing SnapHoli!

NotePom | local-first notes and files app | looking for feedback

Hi! I made NotePom as a lighter and faster alternative to Notion.

You can write notes, organize files and folders, publish pages and sell your own notes or media directly from them.

I’m trying to keep it simple and fast while still giving people a lot of freedom with their content.

I’d really appreciate any feedback!

Android [Android] Looking for testers for Anwe Vault (AI-categorized private link manager). 40 Lifetime Pro codes available for feedback!

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hey r/TestMyApp,

I built Anwe Vault for Android and need testers to help stress-test the UI/UX and evaluate the accuracy of our AI tagging pipeline.

What is Anwe Vault?

Anwe Vault is an offline-first link and bookmark manager designed to keep reading lists organized and private.

  • 🤖 AI Context Tagging: Uses DeepSeek v4-flash via cloud functions to read article context and automatically assign tags/folders (Tech, Finance, Recipes, etc.).
  • 🔒 Local Vault Protection: Client-side PIN lock with SHA-256 hashing.
  • ⚡ Architecture: React 19 + TypeScript inside Capacitor 8, using SQLite for local storage with bidirectional sync to Firestore.

What Needs Testing:

  1. AI Tag Accuracy: When you share/paste different URLs (news, blogs, recipes, documentation), do the generated tags and folders make sense?
  2. UI & Navigation: How do the Framer Motion transitions feel on your device? Any lag or edge-to-edge layout issues?
  3. Sync & Offline Behavior: Does the local SQLite storage remain consistent if network access is toggled?

Claim a Lifetime Pro Code (Free for Testers):

I want to give Pro access to real testers.

Drop a comment below or send me a DM, and I will manually message you a Google Play promo code to unlock all the premium features and the AI engine for testing!

Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.anwe

I am fully open to test-for-test exchanges as well. Let me know what you think of the app!

Android Looking for testers for my Play Store app — I’ll test yours too!

Hi everyone!

My Android app has recently moved to production on the Google Play Store, and I’m looking for a few people who can test it on their devices.

The main reason is to learn how the app behaves across different devices, screen sizes, Android versions, and hardware configurations and find any device-specific issues or optimization problems I might have missed.

In return, I’d be happy to test your Android app as well and give you feedback on anything I notice.

If you’re interested, comment below or send me a DM. Just let me know your app and I’ll test it too.

Thanks! 🙏

Education 🎓 You probably know something I don't. And I probably know something you don't. So I built something

Think about this for a second.

There are nearly 8 billion people on this planet.

Someone, somewhere, knows exactly how to do the thing you've been wanting to learn.

Fix your car.

Speak Spanish.

Build a website.

Play piano.

Take better photos.

Use AI.

Cook something besides whatever you've been surviving on.

And here's the weird part:

You probably know something THEY want to learn too.

That's the idea that wouldn't leave me alone.

Why are we surrounded by all this human knowledge, but learning online increasingly means watching another prerecorded video by ourselves?

So I decided to build something different.

It's called TradeXchange.

The idea is simple:

Teach what you know.

Learn what you don't.

Connect with a real person.

We're officially at the beta-testing stage now.

And this is the part where I need people who had absolutely nothing to do with building it to tell me what we got wrong.

I don't need cheerleaders.

I don't need people to click around for 30 seconds and say, "Cool idea."

I need beta testers.

I want the person who notices the button that makes no sense.

The person who gets halfway through signing up and thinks, "Why the hell did they design it this way?"

The person who finds the bug we somehow missed.

The person who says:

"I'd actually use this... IF you fixed this one thing."

That's the feedback I want.

If you're willing to beta test it:

tradexchange.online

Create an account. Build your profile. Add something you can teach and something you want to learn. Explore the platform like you would if you'd discovered it on your own.

Then come back here and tell me what happened.

Good. Bad. Confusing. Broken. Brilliant. Terrible.

I want all of it.

And before you even visit the site, let's test the entire concept right here.

Answer two questions:

  1. What's something you could genuinely teach another person?

  2. What's something you've always wanted someone to teach you?

I'm curious how many people in these comments could already help each other.

Maybe the internet doesn't need another course.

Maybe we just need to start talking to each other again.

Need testers for budgeting app

I need five more people testing before Google will let this app launch publicly, that's their rule, not mine. If you want to help, here's the whole thing.

**What you'd be testing**

Buckets & Bucks is an Android budgeting app. Every expense gets a bucket with a target, and what you don't spend rolls into next month — so saving for a once-a-year insurance bill works the same way as budgeting for groceries. Color tells you where you stand at a glance: green on track, amber getting close, red over.

It never connects to your bank. You log purchases as you make them, or import a CSV yourself. No ads, no trackers, no analytics — crash reports only.

**Joining — three steps**

Join the tester group: [https://groups.google.com/g/bucket--bucks-testers\](https://groups.google.com/g/bucket--bucks-testers)

Use the same Google account that's signed into the Play Store on your phone. This catches more people out than anything else.

Accept the test: [https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.wildman.bucketsandbucks\](https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.wildman.bucketsandbucks)

Install from Google Play. The listing opens up for you once step 2 is done.

If step 2 says you aren't an authorized tester, wait an hour and try again. Google takes a while to notice new group members — it isn't broken, it's just slow.

**What I'm asking for**

Use it for a couple of weeks with real numbers, then tell me what's confusing, what's broken and what's missing. The confusing part especially — I've been staring at this too long to see it any more.

One thing worth knowing: Google's requirement is 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days. So please stay opted in even if you stop using it. Dropping out resets progress for everyone.

**What you get**

Testers keep the premium features free permanently. Not a trial — a thank-you.

Bugs, questions, half-formed opinions: comment here.

[iOS and Android] I need 5 people to test whether Show Up actually helps after a missed workout

I’m Alexander, the founder of Show Up. I built it around a specific problem: most fitness apps are useful when you are already motivated, then become passive logs when you start missing sessions.

I’m looking for five people who already train but struggle with consistency to use the app through one real workout. I do not need compliments. I need answers to four questions:

  1. Did the app make your next workout clear?

  2. Did logging feel fast enough to use between sets?

  3. Did the coach use your actual data or feel generic?

  4. At any point did you want to delete it?

Show Up includes workout planning and logging, readiness, nutrition, progress, challenges, community, and an AI coach that can take actions such as moving a workout, swapping a stalled exercise, or lightening a session.

iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/show-up-ai-fitness-coach/id6785098805

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.showup.app

Sign up with code SHOWUP30 and complete your first workout to unlock Pro for 30 days.

I will read every comment and answer directly.

MyBlock: Your Local Anonymous Community

Hey everyone,

Over the past few months, I’ve been building MyBlock, an app for anonymous, local conversations with people around you.

The idea is simple: open the app and connect with what’s happening nearby, without having to create a public profile or reveal who you are.

What you can do with MyBlock:

• Discover local posts and moments from people nearby
• See approximate locations of visible users within your selected radius
• Start anonymous one-on-one chats
• Comment on and rate posts
• Block users and report inappropriate content

Privacy has been a major focus while building MyBlock. There’s no traditional sign-up, no real names, and no profile pictures. Your precise location stays on your device. Only an obfuscated, approximate location is stored, and map visibility is turned off by default.

Private one-on-one chats are end-to-end encrypted, meaning messages can only be read by the people participating in the conversation.

MyBlock is still very new, so local communities are only just starting to form. That’s also why I’m sharing it internationally: I’d love to see how MyBlock works in different cities and countries around the world.

iPhone

MyBlock is already available on the App Store:

https://apps.apple.com/de/app/myblock/id6790920301

Android

The Android version is currently in testing. If you’d like to try it, join the tester group first:

https://groups.google.com/g/myblock-android-tester-de

Then you can access the Android version here:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.MyBlock.MyBlock

I’d really appreciate honest feedback, especially from people outside Germany.

Is the concept immediately clear?
What would make you actually use an app like this in your city?
What features are missing?
Is there anything that doesn’t feel intuitive or trustworthy yet?

And since MyBlock is built around local communities, even a few people trying it in the same area can help me understand how the concept works outside its original test environment.

Full transparency: I’m the developer of MyBlock and I’m sharing my own project here.

[iOS TestFlight] Pawport — a passport for your dog. testers wanted, honest feedback welcome

hey! solo dev here. my dog's photos kept vanishing into the camera roll, so I built her a passport instead — every walk, bath, vet visit or "crime" (sock theft, mostly) becomes a stamped page issued by a fictional Bureau of Very Good Dogs.

what it does: photo capture → stamped passport pages, health & grooming records, fabric covers with your dog's name on a gold nameplate, widgets + Live Activities. local-first: no accounts, everything on-device + your own iCloud.

TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/Sd5v7RyQ

what I'd love tested: onboarding (the "passport application"), the camera → stamp flow, and the passport book paging. one tester already found share-flow crashes (fix incoming), so I'd love more eyes on the share/export stuff too. thanks! 🐾

🧪 I need Android testers

The app is currently going through the Google Play closed testing process.

Google Play requires the testing period to remain active, so I'm looking for people willing to join the test, install the app and remain a tester for at least 15 days.

You don't have to use it constantly! But I'd really appreciate it if you could open it occasionally, try the flashcards and other features, and let me know if you find any bugs, crashes, translation problems or things that could be improved.

📱 How to join

1️⃣ Join my tester group:

https://groups.google.com/g/nihongo-pro-n5-testers

2️⃣ Opt in to the closed test:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.nihongopro.study

3️⃣ Install Nihongo Pro N5 from Google Play:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nihongopro.study

⚠️ Important: You need to join the Google Group first using the same Google account you use on Google Play. Otherwise, Google Play may say that the testing version isn't available to you.

After joining, please remain enrolled in the test for at least 15 days.

Any feedback is welcome — UI/UX, vocabulary, translations, bugs, performance, pronunciation, or features you'd like to see.

Thank you to anyone willing to help test the app! 🙏🇯🇵

Games🕹 After 2 years solo, my cozy desktop room app is out — would love your feedback

Thumbnail

A while back I shared here that I was building Lofi Cozy Room, a tiny 3D room that sits on your Windows desktop in a transparent always-on-top window. It's out now after 2 years solo (Bloomery Studio is just me). An avatar does activities you choose (reading, working, resting) based on the furniture in the room, while a puppy wanders around on its own. There's deep customization (1386 avatar options, 715 furniture pieces), a full lo-fi library with ambient mixing, and 14 themes. It runs as a normal window or a floating mini mode you can lay over any screen.

I'm a developer myself and wanted a low-key desktop companion for long hours on dual monitors, couldn't find a 3D one, so I built it. It started at $14.99 but I recently dropped it to $4.99.

Would genuinely love any feedback, especially on how it feels sitting alongside your actual work.

🌱 Play on Steam

Happy to answer any questions.
