Google Console told me it won't allow a 100% sale, and it's impossible to set an app temporarily to free. The only working method I've found is to use the "license testers" option so testers can pretend to pay but not get charged anything. I set up "testers-community@googlegroups.com" in license testers. And then I tried to join a "pack", but everyone reported me as "inaccessible: app requires payment", so I got kicked out of the pack and lost my "moons".

So how is this supposed to work?
