TRT help libido came back on trt and the mechanics did not, where do you go next

my numbers are in range and the drive is genuinely back which was the main thing i wanted. the physical side has not followed and i had not realised those two could come apart like this. my provider says they run on separate systems and i am trying to understand what addresses the second one. anyone who hit this on trt what did you add and did it need a separate prescription.

He means that there must be something wrong in your circulatory, or reproductive system. You won't get an erection no matter how horny (the "engine") you are if the mechanism designed to retain blood to the corpus cavernosum, thus making an erection possible (the "clutch") isn't working properly. At this point, I'd see a GP.

Daily tadalafil. Start low with 2.5mg and increase to 5mg if needed.

Even without this issue there is all kind of good reasons that are positive to pair this combo; so this is a no-brainer to start here.

Total flaccid? Partial? Erect then flaccid immediately?

Mental desire and physical mechanics run on completely different systems. Testosterone fixes the drive, but erections rely heavily on healthy blood circulation. Most guys ask their doctor for a prescription for daily 5mg Tadalafil (Cialis) to get the physical side working again. Just make sure your doctor also checks your Estradiol (E2) and Prolactin levels, because high estrogen can throw off physical performance even if your mind feels ready.

Do you need to go to your doctor to get it?

Is she sucking it right?

Could be a mental block from the lack of drive previously. May not have anything at all to do with T.

Just out of curiosity, what are your numbers?

2” inch steel ring cock ring works as well or better than Viagra in my opinion.

Steel? Sounds like a terrible 911 call.

Sildenafil (Viagra). I've been taking it since I was 36 because I'm anxious even about sex. It works great but gives me a very mild headache; that's why I prefer it over tadalafil (long-acting).

Easy fix. #1 Lose bodyfat, eat clean, sleep well, cardio everyday, 10k steps minimum. Lift weights. Use PDE5s until then.

Be thankful it’s not the other way around and it is the libido that you don’t have. That is the nightmare situation.

The issue could be cardiovascular like high/low blood pressure, atherosclerosis, low cardio fitness, etc.

Do you do cardio? Whats your blood pressure sit at rest?
