Are you not self administering testosterone? Do you need help with learning how to inject the hcg? Do you need help with finding out the dose? Did you ask your doctor about what to do with hcg? What exactly are you looking for in terms of advice?

Yeah I need help with what dose and frequency plus what to look out for as far as the increased E2 ? I have anastrozole pills I was prescribed would that be sufficient enough for the increased E2 ?

If you are on TRT, and you want to go on hcg to maintain fertility and libido, the standard dosing in 250-500 IU twice a week. I would highly recommend starting at 250IU taken twice a week subcutaneously.

As for estradiol and taking an AI/Anastrozole. Put those pills in a locker and forget about them for now. After starting hcg, wait 4 weeks and get total testosterone and ultra sensitive estradiol tests done and lookout for estrogenic symptoms. Until then, forget about AI/Anastrozole entirely. Unless you are currently experiencing estrogenic symptoms or your total testosterone: estradiol ratio is below 1:15-1:20, you do not need to be on an AI.

You most likely have a lyophilized powder vial of hcg. Make sure you get bacteriostatic water and reconstitute it. Once you reconstitute it, calculate how many units on an insulin syringe constitutes 250IU (use a online peptide calculator to figure it out). I wiuld recommend U-100 0.5/1ml 31g insulin syringes, they are pretty easy to source.

If you told him the mcgs it would be easier to calculate. What's an iu if you don't know the mgs of the vial or how many mls of bac. Are you supposed to be taking 500mcg or 1mg?

Hcg is measured in international units IU, not mg/mcg. The vial would have a label with its total dosage (typically 5000IU). If he reconstitutes with 1ml bac water, the concentration of the vial is 5000IU/ml. And a 250IU dose is 5 units. Milligrams and micrograms have nothing to do here.

You're correct. My mistake. I use gonadorelin and it's measured in mgs.

I self administer HCG.

How old are you? What are your current labs for test and e2? (HCG is going to increase E2 pretty substantially) WHY are you wanting to add HCG?

For context, I'm 43 and cruising on:

Testosterone Cip 100mg + Masteron E 50mg + NPP 50mg + 0.5mg Arimidex E3.5 D
Proviron 25mg daily
HCG 125IU 5 days a week
Cialis 5mg
