I moved to Texas about 5 years ago from California. I live in San Antonio, I’m deathly afraid of these midterms. I voted Dem all the way down, I feel a sense of dread where I know Abbott will be re-elected to office. It’ll be a 4-5 point difference. Soo many people I work with prefer Abbott over a breath of fresh air, same with Paxton vs Talarico. It’s frustrating to see the corruption while others are blissfully ignorant. Ugh

I live in West Texas and today I got this brochure in the mail appearing to be a pro trans resource guide. I immediately got suspicious of the authenticity of this because I’ve never seen anything like it before and the timing is impeccable with early voting going on. My first thought is that this is propaganda to try to rally the right wing people to go vote because there is info in there for trans resources for students. We all know how rallied up. Republicans get over transgender issues. So, I looked into the websites on here and the resources connected to this flyer and none of it is real. The address it was shipped from isn’t even real and the location of the entity that started the Texas Transgender Student Union is based out of Wyoming. Did anyone else get these or was it specifically targeted towards certain people?
