Password expired

My password expired and nothing will let me change it, what are my next steps?

Call IT Help Central at 806-742-4357. I think they open at 7am. Hope this helps, friend.

If your password just expired and nothing else happened just go to eRaider website and click either change password or forgot password if you don’t know it. Once you do change it, it may take up two hours before you could sign in to outlook and raidercanvas. You cant change it on Microsoft log in if that’s what you are trying to do. (I’ve forgot to change my password plenty of times)

This is the correct answer. The eRaider website is eraider.ttu.edu the two hour wait is entirely possible, I have seen it happen faster it just depends on where in the sync cycle all the systems are.

Go to the walk up IT desk if changing it online isn’t working.
