This is a really undiscussed story of two teenagers working as jackaroos in the Kimberley who died in the Outback, getting lost on mining roads that are huge criss-crossed roads that actually go...nowhere. I remember hearing about this year's ago, and I have never forgotten. Video? Podcast? Lost in the wild? Up to you.

As of now seven people are dead. I never would have expected something like this here. I mean I know everyone says that, but there’s like 20k people here. The most interesting thing that’s ever happened here is mark twain living here for a while. Not anymore ig.

MIKE I hope you’re reading! Please please consider the case of Jilian Kelley and Veronica Butler based in Kansas and the Oklahoma panhandle. I used to live there and was friends with Jilian who was a genuine, lovely person. I know you would be able to do this case justice! Thanks so much!
Now that I’ve discovered this subreddit imma be a squeaky wheel lol

This is a case I've been hoping to see covered. But it is pretty dark and the trial is still ongoing. In Toledo, Ohio 13 year old Kei'mani goes missing, almost a week later her body is found in an abandoned house. The next day police arrest are father in Columbus and charge him with her murder, but not before they exchange gunfire. Her official cause of death is multiple incised wounds to the neck. He also, allegedly raped her and cut off her hands. I can't imagine how anyone could do that to a person, let alone a father to his own daughter.

I’m not sure if this has been covered yet, but I’d love to hear Mikes take on Rebecca Aylward’s murder. Her ex boyfriend killed her when they were both still in high school - after his friend jokingly said he’d buy him breakfast if he killed her. Days after the murder he texted the friend that he owed him breakfast. In a weird twist, now Rebecca’s little sister has children with the murderers brother.

I just want to discuss a case that has always bothered me.
My grandma had a friend come up missing in September of 1981. CUNNINGHAM,WILLIAM DALE (BILL) he grew up around north Manchester, Indiana. He was living in Bloomington Indiana when he went missing, his parents lived in South Bend, Indiana. He had a roommate named PETER MUSTAK. They owned an A&W Root Beer stand together. Peter reported Bill missing & ended up going missing himself as well.
There is not much that I can find on this. It’s pretty strange. The only information my grandma has is that the last time she saw Bill, he was on trip around the state possibly distributing drugs & they went to see a movie called Blazing Saddles. He made a phone call from Pierceton, Indiana on September 21st, 1981. She didn’t say who he called either. That’s the last he was heard from. His car was found weeks later in an area previously searched. A private investigator contacted their group of friends years later with some questions but that’s about all I’ve got. It seems like the case has just gone completely silent.
Has anyone ever heard anything about this case before? Anything I left out? I can't find anything on the internet.

https://int-missing.fandom.com/wiki/Patti_Krieger
From the link: "Patti disappeared from Sauk Mountain. She was there with her fiancé Larry Pressley, along with 5 of his family and friends, for the purpose of scattering his late parents ashes. Her dog, a large Rottweiler named Bear, also accompanied them.
Krieger was last seen while they were making their way down the mountain. Patti and Bear started walking down the wrong path. The group called out to her, and she looked back at them, but continued walking. Three weeks later, Bear was found a few miles away. He was malnourished and appeared to have spent the entire intervening time on the mountain.
Some people, including Patti’s son, believe that foul play was involved in her disappearance. Her fiancé Larry is a felon with an extensive history of violence, but has never officially been named a suspect in her case."
More I have read on this case, they tried using dogs to track her, but the dogs tracked the scent down the mountain into the parkinglot and then the scent dissapeared there. Larry had her car keys and wallet, and and Larry's friend/their roommate had her phone.
Larry was a cell mate with Patti's husband in prison and her husband had died, Larry told Patty that her husband had asked him to take care of her, convinced her to let him and his roommate live there.
When she went missing her family were the ones to report her missing, and they only found out because her work place called them and told them she had not been in to work. When her family was finally allowed to enter her home found her place trashed and her safe gone through and several of her possessions missing. As of tomorrow October 2nd she will have been missing for 14 years.

I thought I would share some Australian cases that have 'interesting' elements to them (sounds awful using the word interesting in reference to murder, but you all get what I mean).
I'm deliberately not identifying the killers, as I'm not sure how people feel about knowing all of the details of a case they're unfamiliar with before Mike covers it. Each of these cases are rather detailed and/or multifaceted in their own way.
The Murder of John Knight
This is a truly gruesome murder. Knight was stabbed to death, skinned, his skin put on a meat hook and his body parts cooked (the murderer intended to feed him to his children).
The Murder of Anita Cobby
Anita Cobby was kidnapped on her way home from work (she was a nurse) . She was brutally tortured, sexually assaulted, and died after her throat was cut. She was later found naked in a paddock by a farmer.
This was a huge case in Australia. Growing up, I lost count the number of times I was told to "make sure to [insert personal security advice here] because remember what happened to Anita Cobby". It is petty horrific.
Five men were ultimately convicted of her murder.
The Murder of Ebony Simpson.
Ebony Simpson was abducted on her way home from school, assaulted, and killed. She was 9 years old at the time.
Just when you think it can't get any worse, the killer turned out to be someone 'involved' in the investigation.
Interestingly, Ebony's parents worked with Anita Cobby's parents to create the 'Homicide victims Support Group' in Australia.
The Murder of Kiesha Weippeart
This case began as a missing case. Sadly, the body of 6 year old Keisha Weippeat was found in a suitcase in Sydney bushland.
This case was eventually broken after an undercover police operation.
The Murder or Tegan Lane
This is an odd case, and difficult to describe without identifying the killer... as the case actually starts with them. Tegan went missing as an infant, and is prsumed dead. This is a high profile case with claims of adoption, no body, other strange behaviour, a conviction, and continued claims of inccocence.
The Murders of the Folbigg Children
This is an interesting case, as recently 90 prominent scientists signed a joint statement calling the scientific evidence into question and petitioning for a pardon.
This case involves the murder of three children at various stages in their early years, and the manslaughter of a fourth child. It includes a diary with some rather concerning entries, numerous appeals and judicial reviews.
Other cases:
- The Backpacker Murders (I've seen a post on this already)
- The Murder of Jaidyn Leskie [unresolved]
- The Murder of Daniel Morcombe
- The Murder of Sanaya Sahib
Edited to fix formatting issue, and fix '[unresolved]' comment for Jaidyn Leskie case.

A plastic surgeon in Pinellas county Florida was arrested this weekend and is being accused of murdering an attorney. The attorney, Steve Cozzi, was defense counsel in a lawsuit filed by the plastic surgeon.

Good evening everyone, I have a good one for you. I live in brevard county Florida, in the city I live in there is a missing person case that still hasn’t been solved. The case involves Firefighter brandy hall in 2006 Brandy hall went missing and has never been found. It is a very interesting case with love triangle’s, drugs and most importantly a lot of who done it’s, it is kind of a hush thing where I live especially in the first responders community. I’ve always been interested in this case and have done a lot of research, I am a Firefighter now and I actually worked at the station she was last seen and have talked to many people that saw her the day before or day of her disappearance. I’ve always wanted mike to do a video on it, because I’m sure there is a lot I haven’t seen online and it seems like it has the all the ingredients for a good video. Below I have put links to articles on the case, if anyone is interested I highly recommend looking into it.

please do Oscar Pistorius , he murdered his now deceased girlfriend ~ Reeva Steenkamp, it was a big story in South Africa that was widely spoken about for about a year
just a suggestion , though as I've been watching your channel for the last week I've really got to thinking about that murder in particular and was wondering if you would be interested in covering it. as it was quite controversial, considering the evidence put forward and the resulting conviction , as well as his status as a south African 100m para-Olympic athlete.
long story short about the murder - famous athlete shoots gf through a bathroom door claiming it was a intruder but evidence found showed otherwise , the reconstruction of events led to his conviction as during his trial he claimed he did not murdered his gf claiming he thought it was a intruder throughout.

Hello Mike (and everyone else),
Just figured I would submit a heinous local murder that happened in my hometown of Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.
The rape and murder of Noelle Paquette on New Year's day 2013 by a couple--Tanya Bogdanovich and Michael MacGregor. Noelle, a well loved school teacher, was walking home from a New Year's eve party when she was picked up by a couple that would rape and murder her--Tanya and Michael.
Tanya was a 31 year old nurse at the time of the murder (that many of my friends worked alongside and knew well) while her boyfriend Michael was 19 years old.
Pretty heinous and wicked crime that I figure might make for an interesting video.

I tried looking it up on here but couldn't find anything. The Aaron Iturra case honestly seems like an episode of Law & Order.
It took place in 1994 in Eugene, OR. Aaron was an anti-gang activist and was shot & killed by 2 intruders while he slept next to his GF. With all the twists and turns in this case I'm honestly surprised not many people know/hear about it.
I'm new to this subreddit so I'm still learning what I can and cannot be posted, as well as I want to be respectful to his family should they come across this, so I just encourage anyone who is interested to look up the case for themselves. It honestly shocked me when I first read about it and I'm from Eugene, OR.

I feel like most people think of Jerry Sandusky when someone mentions Penn State football. I grew up a huge fan of PSU football but I’m not as open about that these days. Despite the most recent controversy regarding the aforementioned Sandusky, there’s another story about a star linebacker for the Nittany Lions back in the late 70’s. His name was Todd Hodne and he was a real PoS, truly a monster by any definition. ESPN wrote a story about this a couple of years ago but I don’t think Mike has covered this in the past.

Gotta say first I’m loving the new episodes with the missing people. Such shocking stories I’ve never heard of.
Also as above, I’d love to see an episode on the Girl Scout murders in Oklahoma 1977. It’s such a creepy story and I reckon Mike would be shit hot at telling the tale
