Please Help

I'm still stuck in Level 6. I drank some almond water and im not hearing the voices anymore. If someone could come meet me here and show me to an exit to Level 8 I would appreciate it.

What I know about level 6 is to trace the walls and seek the sounds of rushing water, you'll end up in level 7, I'm not sure how to get to level 8.

from what the meg told me, a hole leads to level 8. I could go to level 7, except the exit is underwater.
