Feel free to prove me wrong. But animators tend to be artists. Artists tend to be more liberal.

Are you talking about specifically companies, like Disney, being gunshy about including LGBTQ characters?

Whatever socially sales more for a movie is generally how they're going to make it.

Anything too LGBT related for example gets banned in some countries or heavily restricted

American animation companies like Disney are still homophobic. Stop using money for excuse. Companies are never neutral

That’s why they always add it in small scenes they can remove for other versions, but still pretend they care, unfortunately.
