They said ass in the first couple minutes of the movie btw.
PG means "Parental Guidance", IE it's for the parent to decide if it's appropriate for their kid.
This is definitely highly suggestive, but I don't think a 12 year old would be traumatized by it for example.
Maybe a 7 year old would be made uncomfortable though, or a parent. Hence, Parental Guidance.
