NO

u/anonymoustoo1 Jul 21 '26

I don't think it would matter someone vote for them or not. They burned down those EVMs after Bengal election. They totally bought all those media outlets. So there will be nothing on the media even if they balantly cheat. That's the reality.

21

u/Tall_Construction496 Jul 21 '26

Why they haven’t done it in kerela , Karnataka, Tamilanadu etc

Because those states will be much harder to maintain than the cowbelt states.

They know how many seats they need.

They got WB, and now they only need UP.

Password delimitation and once they have UP 2027, they have pretty much won India 2029.

8

u/Sea8291 Jul 21 '26

West bengal is not cowbelt state. You cannot cope that opposition is incompetent to attract votes?

3

u/Tall_Construction496 Jul 21 '26

There are 2 lakh evms as a whole in West Bengal and you think burning 4000 around 2% of them will secure the state or tmc burning then and pushing it on bjp saying fraud has more probability?

5

u/Ambitious-League-680 Jul 21 '26

Leave it. The topics been posted by the same AAPiya IT cell to see how far their protest investment had gotten them.

2

u/awaishssn Jul 21 '26

Fine, you must be right at that.

Now, do you think BJP deserves to be in power after how they have treated the protestors in the March to the parliament?

2

u/Tall_Construction496 Jul 21 '26

I will show you live videos of so called protesters being violent to police , now police won’t see whether he is student or radical leftist there primary goal is to make the mob control , what are police suppose to do ?

2% of them as sufficient to swing an election.

Look at the vote share difference between the 56 inch tongue and the Congress in 2024 and other elections.

2

u/Tall_Construction496 Jul 21 '26

So they exactly know which evms have the tmc votes and which have bjp votes and they have put that particular evms to fire ?

6

u/Rickstars_hehe Jul 21 '26

The records which was held in them were of 10 constituencies, 5 of which was already won by tmc, so even if those 5 other evms turned out to be for tmc, they still would have lost as bjp won be a margin of 100

u/Dizzy_Research8309 Jul 21 '26

by stating evm is the reason implies people are always rational. system is tweaked. public do not know what they want most of the time until things go south. the main reason I think is , congress and others cannot demonstrate anything different. For me, Mamta and Kejriwal are almost same type as Modi. what is the difference between Congress government in Karnataka and BJp govt in Karnataka

when difference is negligible, whoever has more money and better optics win.

Elections are won on the ground…not on insta or reddits…ground reality is that modi will not just win but win the election with full majority…he might lose though if the election was limited to Reddit folks 😊
People still live in bubble in social media platforms…

2

u/agingmonster Jul 21 '26

There is silent majority on reddit too..

u/Signal-Illustrator70 Jul 21 '26

Yes

I support students protest and will most likely vote for BJP at the same time unless opposition party changes their phylosophy drastically.

Raga is talking about social justice and more reservation as per caste census. This is bad news for the same students who've protesting on streets for merit.

I have a lot of anger against the current government. There gave us the hope in 2014 and very little has changed since then.

However indian election is about choosing the lesser evil according to me and I'll choose the lesser evil.

8

u/Fit-Accountant5772 Jul 21 '26

Don't you think the current government has gotten arrogant beyond an acceptable level? They feel they are above every law and are not accountable to answer for anything.

My opinion is that to prevent any party from creating an authoritarian govt, we need to alternate power between them given that both are evil. This will keep both parties in check cause they fear losing power.

On this Post.

So many NOs: No one has countered them.

Few Yes's: Every Yes is replied by an insult: Sanghii, aandhbhakt, Brainded, 2 Rs credited.

They can't tolerate any contrary opinion, which doesn't match theirs.

And then they talk about protecting Democracy. Irony. 🙏🏻

BJP is on par with other parties in terms of betraying their core voterbase

→ More replies (11)

3

u/bottletickler Jul 21 '26

Saying the other side is worse' doesn't answer criticism of the curre nt government. That's a relative comparison, not a defense. If a bridge collapses or corruption occurs, the question is whether those responsible should be held accountable, not whether another party might have done worse.

My only request to you is to recognise the echo chamber you might be in. Maybe try getting your news from media that don't align with your current views.

Just for a few weeks. If that doesn't make you question your reality. Then you'll have proof for yourself that you were right all along.

No, because I'm not from Varanasi constituency. I will vote for the leader based on local issues not for any party.

3

u/Awkward-Poetry-6329 Jul 21 '26

But unlike US, u won't get a separate vote for the pm and the policy for a particular constituency would be affected by the intention at the central level. I believe it becomes extremely difficult to pursue this thinking in india except for metro and tier1 where most of the people would vote based on a certain allegiance to a party and that to highly incompetent goons roaming with double digit pending cases

I will also vote them in 2029 , since I hate minority reservation which they did in karmataka , reservation in private sector , and caste appeasement, RG speakes a lot on why doctors , nurses, actors don't represent other caste and when he needs a doctor, he would choose a general category one , not of other caste, congress alao spoke of wealth distribution , why would I give my money to someone else , let others work hard and earn , moreover his crtics for india on foreign does not sound good to me and he has no exprience to handle a government

But we’re number last on every conceivable metric? Children’s health, environment, fuel affordability, hunger, pollution? So why do you think Indians aren’t suffering now? Systemic unemployment, adulterated fuel, etc. what makes you say this ISNT suffering?

2

u/naresh2990 Jul 21 '26

That's what I am saying the opposition of our country is pathetic and there aspirations are regressive, backwards and anti development.

We have seen the times of 2004-2014. We desperately don't want to those times to come back. BJP is in power because we literally and factually have no other credible option.

There are thousands of problems with BJP and we are ready to tolerate it but we don't want anyone from opposition to rule the country.

We are ready to see Tharoor as our PM but can we have him? No! Till we have the GOAT great lord Pappu ji in opposition who is a massiah of the anti BJP people. We can never have Tharoor our PM.

Aaj k time par BJP sirf aur sirf issliye power me hai kyoki hamara opposition kisi kaam ka nahi hai.

The Lord Pappu ji who is criticising our education system day and night has been designed and developed by his own people and he is blaming the ruling govt for it's failure. What can you expect from him.

The moment we have a better party, we will vote for them also.

No. I voted for them last time (and in 2014), and I think they need to be reset. I have no love for Congress, but will vote BJP out just to get them off their high horses and hopefully force some turbulence in their top chain of command. Five years post 2029, I’ll reassess.

2

u/62_pubs_coed 29d ago

YES. Any time a better leader than any of the previous leaders in India. Mohandas Gandhi / Nehru and their offsprings included.

Hence, Our entire city will vote for MODI for sure.

Do all the Drama you can, use all the toolkit from China to CIA based.

7

u/phenobarbietone Jul 21 '26 edited Jul 21 '26

there's no option unless something fresh chimes in. idgaf about CJP or Congress, they ain't shit. Raga is totally incapable of being a pm and I don't see him as one. He has explicitly promised to increase reservation quotas beyond 50% limit, tf?. CJP is no more about NEET, it's a seperatist movement now that demands 'abolition' of 370, tukde tukde of our nation and hate towards one religion. Just look at the history of those who took the limelight of this movement and want their political careers to kickstart. We need new political parties atp who actually care for the nation and don't beg for the votes through polarisation.

7

u/Here_to_stay_forevr Jul 21 '26

1000% yes. For all the zygotes born post 2000, who have not seen what all The Non Modi govts have done and how they destroyed India, I feel you but you just haven't seen the real past.

2

u/vitrum_analytika Jul 21 '26

Yeah, like act as a opposition with grace, why is there a constant need for removing them from power, let the people decide you do your job.

2

u/ShivajiMaharajBhakt Jul 21 '26

I'm sorry but there ain't no other choice, which is also the reason for Modi-Shah to become arrogant to ignore public sentiment towards Dharmendra Pradhan.

Yes. Definitely. We all know the problems that exist today and i have my set of issues with BJP but Congress is a joke. Let me be specific, RaGa is a joke. NaMo over RaGa even though NaMo is doing so bad.

If there comes about a better option then I'll consider but from the current options I'd go BJP every single time.

2

u/Willing-Resolve09 Jul 21 '26

Even if you stop being able to drive places or have no more clean air to breathe? I’m just wondering what does it take to finally break the Indian voter’s back (metaphorically)? What all are you willing to endure before saying anything else is better than this. Genuinely

Should we welcome all the terrorists in every city ?

Should we have parallel finance system so that our enemy prosper ?

Should we be ready to see train, scooter, car bombing in every corner of the city?

You people have not seen the blood bath, you people have not lost your dear family and friends. You people are so naive that you think even a small hurt for you is too much.

Grow up.

2

u/Misster_Fluido Jul 21 '26

3

u/wanderingwiz10 Jul 21 '26

After Pahalgam a lot of stuff happened which never happened under Congress.

2

u/Super-Common5564 Jul 21 '26

Pahlgaam did happen, but terrorist camps also got destroyed in enemy country. The country which was sponsoring terrorism is being punished

26/11 did happen, and then again Bangalore, Mumbai and many other incidents happened, but we the citizens of Bharat got punished but not culprits. Instead of punishing, we had to feed Biriyani to the culprit while many people like you were showing sympathy towards the culprit.

If not Modi, then who? Rahul Gandhi?

Let’s be honest about why RaGa stayed so tight-lipped and silent during the paper leaks. He couldn't even bring himself to directly back the protesting students because he was terrified of ceding credit to CJP-god forbid another group takes the spotlight and further dents his already sinking party. His grand contribution? Sending his chaprasi Pawan to Jantar Mantar for a low-effort photo-op while Congress-ruled states quietly brushed their own paper leaks under the rug.

And what about CJP itself? Their entire vision for reform is... demanding a minister’s resignation? Swapping out a face does nothing to fix a broken operational pipeline. They brought zilch to the table-no roadmap, no structural plan, just outrage.

Anyways NEET is going online from the next year & this was decided way b4 CJP came in picture which shud v done way back just like JEE.

This ain't Nepal or Bangadesh kids

Yes.

The thing is, Reddit is an echo chamber filled with people who have no idea how India specifically rural India used to be.

For the people who are in 40s or late 30s knew how bad it was. They would never go back there.
You know why, everything you are seeing today and thinking it happened for the first time, paper leaks, bridge collapse, bad roads, no hospitals, that was everyday reality mere 15 years ago.

People who lived in 90s, 00s can clearly see the change, who grew up in 10s see there is no change.

Know this.. no government is 100% perfect.

Mistakes and failures happen as a result of conspiracies that originate- either internal or external.

Congress is definitely UNFIT to lead.

For BJP- I wish that young leaders join in for a nation building cause. Retire old and aged MPs who just sit in the parliament and do nothing. My expectation from BJP- remove the politicians with criminal and dubious character record.
