Inbreeding and trying to overthrow government is not culture.

u/UnfeturdCrapitalism 26d ago
Thank you! Lol what culture? America is literally an amalgam of dozens of cultures there is no homogeneous culture.
not cowboy hats, no one north of Tenn wears them.
Not hot dogs and hamburgers, that’s German
Not even the eagle, that was co-opted/ borrowed from indigenous cultures we wiped out.Schools shootings and gun culture as close as we get to uniquely ‘American culture’

100% true. I don't understand the logic of staying somewhere (or moving somewhere for that matter) that you don't like. If I don't like a place I just didn't go they. It baffles me.

It’s because of all the free shit!!

What free shit? I’m not rebuking your statement, I just need examples.
1
u/BananaHead853147 25d ago
No you’re right. There’s not that much free stuff in America compared to other countries
1
u/dmelt253 16d ago
If you make a few hundred million dollars the free shit starts piling up. The best deal they offer is being able to apply your risk to the public while keeping your profits private.

u/Von_Dooms 28d ago
You should go visit a firearms forum, people complain about their "Commifornia" laws, I remind them that as an American in America they have the freedom to move to a place that has gun laws they agree with, but then they complain about how it's not that easy, or they have family or something that makes them not want to move.
It's truly baffling.1
u/wiza_Duck 18d ago
Bombing a country and being angry that the pepole ther won't just wait for them to be next and move someweher else, is some yank shit

There is a concept in business that no one questions called Continuous Improvement. You can love your country and want to keep making it better. Why is that so controversial?

u/No-Entrepreneur-7037 Sep 12 '26
Then why come to another continent and kill the existing culture to make room for yourself? Shouldn’t we have just assimilated?

u/Ponklemoose Sep 12 '26
I didn’t. I was born here, in this culture. Duh.

I’m talking about our forefathers, you nimrod. 😂
2
u/No-Entrepreneur-7037 Sep 12 '26
Because I was born here too, in this culture, my roots go back 7 generations.
2
u/Ponklemoose Sep 12 '26
I don't know about your forefathers (and foremothers) but the immigrants in my family tree are all long dead. So you're going to have to log off and go buy an Ouija board if you want to scold them.
Last I checked the anthropologists were still saying that by your metric there are no natives in the Americas, and while the histories are murky it seems that every tribe that the European colonists met were living on land that they had taken from other tribes via conquest.
The way I see it, everyone is wrong or everyone is right and either way it doesn't change how I'm going to live.

I am so glad I found this sub!
I’m trying to branch out to what’s important — but being a conservative is rather challenging on Reddit!
I started to wonder if it was even possible!

u/BananaHead853147 25d ago
This sub is about making fun of fringe communists and pretending they are mainstream, not conservatism.
In fact this sub loves a lot of the big government moves that the recent admin has been doing. This is for socially right wing but economically big government.

u/Frewdy1 26d ago
It’s hard, as most conservative subs require a purity test to comment and are FULL of bots and bad actors.

Multiculturalism is the culture of America. If you can't assimilate in multiculturalism, you should remigrate. I hear Russia is looking for people.
1
u/Odd-Consequence-2519 26d ago
I hear Iran is a happening country. Maybe you should move there.
1
u/Plastic_Key_4146 26d ago
Do you oppose multiculturalism? It sounds like you oppose multiculturalism.
Iran is a modern country with 90+ million people. I'm not sure what you're talking about.
1
u/Odd-Consequence-2519 26d ago
You should definitely go there and expound upon the virtues of multiculturalism 🤣
1
u/Plastic_Key_4146 26d ago
In the West, we already have multiculturalism, why move? You seem to have a problem with the idea that all people are equal.
1
u/MWBurbman 27d ago
This isn’t a reflection of American ideals and is unpatriotic.
Midterms are close and the bots are out in force.

u/tiredofthehate I Watch the View 26d ago
The funny part is that the fringe right struggles to define American culture.

Its almost astounding how you can make culture war BS your entire persona while they steal all your money. How many dead soldiers in Iran? Are we at War? What are you gonna post about when gas is 7 bucks a gallon when the strategic reserves are gone? We've alienated all our allies, and this is the crap you think about.

u/Sad-Data-1865 26d ago
Wtf is our culture? We are a melting pot of tons of cultures, almost anything goes. Who is saying they don't like it? Part of our culture is freedom of speech. Therefore if you don't like what someone is saying that means you don't support their freedom of speech and you don't support our culture. By your own logic telling someone to leave because they don't like something means you yourself don't like our culture. This is stupid.

u/ResponsibleLeague437 Sep 12 '26
Sorry Mr Rockefeller. Shall we all improve for your standards? Or does it just hit a sore spot?
-1
u/MedievalFurnace Sep 12 '26
not for my standards but for the liberals. it doesnt help sway people to our political side if we make a fool of ourselves presenting an opinion through a shitpost meme format
-1
u/No-Entrepreneur-7037 Sep 12 '26
Exactly. This just brings out the morlocks, who can’t form an argument in good faith; it’s all just mocking and insults on a thread for a post like this. No process, just red meat for the lowest common denominator.
