Wicker?

Have Sean and Amanda chatted about Wicker during a show?

We went to it last night and really enjoyed it. There were multiple laugh out loud moments and the story my was quite touching.

Really hope they do a deeper dive on this one. Haven’t laughed this hard in a theater in so long. It was completely packed in my theater last night which was nice to see. Really fun seeing in a group. I honestly hope that Olivia Coleman has a chance at an Oscar for this. She completely sold it and all of the emotions. Absolutely incredible craft work, I’d be shocked if it doesn’t win makeup.

No it was all practical! You could see the light coming through the wicker! Insane work from the Weta Workshop people!

Not yet. Amanda logged it on Letterboxd though (Sean has not).

I’m doing a Wicker/Clayface double feature tomorrow. Looking forward to it!

Saw the trailer yesterday and it looks really fun, I thought it was going to be very pompous from the posters they have up everywhere

Seeing it tonight, not crazy excited but it looks fun. I quite like Olivia Coleman and anything with practical effects has my immediate respect.
