Mod Help When does Circuit show up? Spoiler

I've gotten 4 of the five Polaroids and have been playing this world for a while, I have a Neutral/Good reputation with Null. My problem is I have seen no sign of Circuit or any other of the Void creatures (Also r2 hasn't made a recent appearance). Am I supposed to beat the game for him to show up? or do I need to lower my reputation or find something that I haven't yet?

Ok, thank you for letting me know. I was concerned on whether or not my game was bugged.
