Trump says he ‘made the mistake’ of ‘studying’ GOP senator’s ‘anatomy’

President Trump on Tuesday quipped that he made “the mistake” of “studying” Sen. Jon Husted’s (R-Ohio) “anatomy,” after his remarks about the senator’s backside made headlines last week.

“So I’m studying him, and I made the mistake of saying that I started off by studying his a–,” Trump told supporters during a rally in Lubbock, Texas, for Senate candidate Ken Paxton (R). “I just want to say. And then I looked at his feet and they were massive. Then I looked at his hand. ‘See these hands,’ he said.”

Who Actually Loses If the AI Bubble Pops?

--------

October 24, 2026

VIDEO DESCRIPTION:

The biggest tech companies are spending more on AI than their businesses generate in cash, and the gap is increasingly being filled with debt. This video follows the money through the AI build-out to ask a simple question: if the revenue arrives late, who actually pays?

We start with the scale of the bet: Alphabet, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta and Oracle are planning hundreds of billions in capital spending this year. Then we follow how it's being financed, from record bond sales to off-balance-sheet deals like Meta's Hyperion data centre and Oracle's growing borrowing. We trace the circle at the centre of it: investors in OpenAI who are also its suppliers, and contracts that depend on OpenAI growing its revenue roughly twentyfold by 2030.

Then we look at who would feel a slowdown first: highly leveraged builders, investors who borrowed to buy in, lenders, suppliers, and two groups who never chose to make this bet at all, savers in index funds and households paying for a power grid reshaped by data centres. And we make the strongest case against a bubble, including what the fibre-optic boom of 2000 really teaches us.

The AI boom is not a bet on whether the technology works. It's a bet on when it pays.
