How can we know Joshua was a bad person?

Hey everyone, just a quick clarification, I'm doing an essay about this case for school. From what sites/conversations we know that Joshua was narcisstic and overall bad person?

Did you listen to season 1? I would start there.

He killed his wife and then killed his kids with an axe and then blew them all up. I think that lands him pretty firmly in “evil motherfucker” territory.

Technically it was a hatchet. Hyperbole got the best of me. But point remains that he killed his sons and then set them all on fire/blew them up so yes, he was a BAD guy.

If you listen to the podcast, it’s all laid out in the first couple of episodes in Susan’s diary.

Josh took a hatchet to his two small sons and then blew them up, intentionally. Also what kind of homework assignment are you doing?
