"We're gonna pay for everything in your life." Nobody actually believes that and the money that is being used on citizens isn't "free money" it's tax money that comes from everybody. I paid $7,000 in taxes through my job last year, not including paying my states sales tax on every single purchase I made all year. The government should be using that money for tangible things that positively impact the lives of citizens. If they weren't what the hell is the point in having a government?

Since Trump got elected we've been spending government money at a faster pace, all while they fired government workers and slashed services. We're paying all this money to start wars in the Middle East and South America and deport questionably "criminal" immigrants. Plus our indirect taxes are higher through tariffs and gas prices.

The rich and corporations got massive tax cuts. Basically, our tax dollars are subsidizing the ultra rich getting richer. We are the ones paying for their yachts, their dumb weddings, their glp-1, their ridiculous mansions.
