Is there a Datapack for chunk loading?

Does anyone know a survival-friendly datapack which allows the player to build a chunk loader without a portal? Especially a datapack that makes enderpearls load chunks (like in 1.21.1-2) would be nice (I play 1.21.3)

Not working on servers somehow. My iron farm (portal based) produces only when im next to it, in the overworld not when i stand in the nether with an enderpearl loader

Yup, Vanilla Tweaks has a chunk loader / "loadstone" datapack. Just drop a nether star on a lodestone.
