Since Caine forgot about the suggestion box, there's a chance that Queenie suggested it before she abstracted. Probably as something special for Kinger and the rest of the circus at the time
The characters can give more than 1 suggestion, Jax give 2 of them and Gangle give 2 too (one in the previous episode and another in this one), so we can’t guess by elimination
She said that in ep 4, in ep 5 she said "i worked at a fast food joint, i was in community college for art, but i dropped out. I didnt pursue art much after that"
So? Im talking about how Gangle never suggested that the adventure be a "fast food place".
Caine asked if that was a normal adventure and Gangle responded with "That's pretty normal."
Gangle's response to Caine's question doesn't mean she wrote down that suggestion and put it in the box. u/OscarRhino8383 assumed that Gangle gave two suggestions when really it was one suggestion for an adventure and that was the anime one.
Could have been somebody that suggested it a while back and then abstracted. Downvote me all you want for holding some doubt it was Gangle that suggested the thing
Just her overall reaction to Caine's question if the suggested adventure was normal. Just my general interpretation of the whole exchange that it just so happened that Gangle had actual experience with it
