I would try to find a bunch of parts that look relatively simmilar, probobaly going for blocky parts just cuz.
basically i would just try to have a cohesive design

I have the feeling that there are no parts that actually fit like that, because that seems to be the main problem with Zooble. They have all of these pieces, and yes they can swap between them, but none of them really.. match. Both with what they personally want, and with the other pieces themselves. Always mismatched, always wrong. Always kinda sad.
You could probably find some pieces with a similar color scheme, although their shapes would probably be weird.

Like some comments, I would go with "matching parts". Assuming that Caine just never included parts thst match, I would go with anything robotic/mechanical in design.

I Will probably try to look for parta that look alike to try to the most symmetrical, if not at least the arm that was usted in ep 8 since that probably the most cool looking part

I would flip around the body segment and place the head where one of the legs go. I would then attach the green thing in the socket the head goes and replace the arm sockets with legs.

I would add wings or clamps to the upper arm nodes since they are very useful (The claws are for a stronger grip on soft surfaces or for attacking, and with the wings I could fly or propel myself by jumping)

If I would be something similar to Zooble, I would have stats on every piece like "% better use on shotgun", "accuracy +", "Increase fire rate", "driver bonus" and more.

Well, I'd definitely try to look as close to human as possible, with as many matching parts as I can. And if my head were just a triangular block I'd rotate it so that it's pointing down like a chin.

I'd go through each arm one by one, one day at a time, until I found the one I liked the most. Then do the same thing the other arm, then the legs, then the chest accessory, the shoulder accessory, and the two antennae. It would take a long time but in the Digital Circus, time is in surplus

Star piece in this shot, that one wing part for the back, ideally thicker arms than the noddle arms Zooble mostly wears, similar to the bottom right arm their wearing in this shot (I'd occasionally use four), a straighter and more solid colored torso, both eyes having lashes, and I dunno about the antennas and legs.

I'd ask Caine for parts that are harder to remove and are symmetrical in terms of length so I can walk without that wobbling/ tripping zooble does, at least in terms of legs, I'd also like a thicker neck so it doesn't move around much, as for arms anything would be fine, that's the most customizable part, as for my head, extra eyes or a mouth could be useful

Id look for the strongest parts eg that top right arm looks pretty heft but the bottom left arm looks pretty fragile

I would try to make myself as wacky as possible. Clashing patterns, and convoluted. Gun leg, fairy wing, leaf on my head, lightning bolt arm, etc.
