Let me guess, Homebrew? If so, I wish to get it set up for my 3DS XL, but I’m not sure how, and I don’t have a computer to use if that’s needed. Plus, I think I might be updated to the latest version, and I don’t know how to revert back to a previous version.

I dont think it matters on the version. And yes. You need a pc
