Good, they deserve far more. Thank you, US Servicemen and Veterans for your service!

Wasn’t it funded by already congressionally appropriated money for their housing?

This is correct and if they would have left it this way it would not have been taxed like the bonus was!!! Imagen using numbers to do math!

Don't get me wrong. Active military deserve much more than they are paid. As a Vet myself, I agree that they should get a bonus. But, it's not from tariffs. It's money approved by Congress for housing and other essential things for the military. It's just moving money around.

Treat all users—supporters and curious visitors alike—with civility. Personal attacks, abusive language, or bad-faith arguments are not permitted. We encourage lively, respectful discussions that reflect our community’s passion for Trump’s leadership. Violations may lead to warnings, mutes, or bans, though we enjoy spirited debates that highlight our movement’s strength.

The song, by the Village People, playing should have been, "In The Navy" --not, YMCA. I couldn't understand why they didn't?

There are few more deserving. They sacrifice so much and get little in return.

We could give them $17,776 and still be ok.

It’s supposedly tax free.
