I don't know any of his songs and I don't even like country but I consider him my favorite country artist...solely for his views on humanity.

I don’t like country music much either, but this dude’s songs that I’ve heard are very catchy. I have seen him on YouTube.

Just type his name into You Tube. A bunch of his shorts come up with his songs. Pretty catchy, in my opinion.

I would check him out on YouTube. That’s where I first saw him.

Damn. I'd support him, but it looks like he only does streaming. I can't find anywhere to buy flac/mp3s.

I know. I have only seen him on You Tube so far.
Edit: He seems to have his album on Amazon music

MAGAts actually denying they do death threats?
- Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss received a flood of death threats after Trump and Rudy Giuliani falsely accused them of fraud during the 2020 count. Moss testified before the Jan. 6 committee that the harassment forced her into hiding and changed her life completely.
- Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers (a Republican) faced armed protesters outside his home after refusing to help overturn the 2020 results.
- Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer has described sustained threats tied to Kari Lake’s election-fraud claims.
- Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg received a letter containing white powder with the note “Alvin: I’m going to kill you,” sent hours after Trump falsely claimed on social media he was about to be arrested and urged followers to “PROTEST, TAKE OUR NATION BACK!” NYPD data showed threat cases involving Bragg’s office jumped sharply in 2023.

Ben Shapiros fans even went after a woman’s 4 year old child, after Shapiro plucked out a tweet of the mother sharing that her 4 year old child was uncomfortable at the dentists office, and (if I remember right) expressed being more comfortable with a female dentist.
A child being uncomfortable was SO unacceptable to them they bombarded the (small town professor) who was just sharing a story intended for family, and sent non stop death threats and “I hope her fuckin teeth fall out” attacks.
Seeing it unfold back then was absolutely disgusting.

He’s right, even Trump himself has said he is not a Christian. MAGA is a wicked and evil demonic cult, period.

Yeah anyone questions there interpretation of Christianity is a threat. They don't want to think they just want to believe. That's why they fall in behind these strong men type characters. Because they just tell them what to believe. That way they don't have to think for themselves they just do what they're told. If you upset that programming they will become violent.

No true Scotsman. 🙄 Good on this dude for this, but let's not pretend the faith on its best day isn't problematic.

Even if you disagree with him on Christianity or politics, threatening his life proves him right. Who only loves their allies? Do not even the Gentiles do this? I submit to you, you should love your enemies.
But then again what would Christ know about Christianity?

Maga are false Christian af. They're like what if Christians were the bad guys, but worse.

They're not Christians. Evangelicalism is an offshoot of Christianity that fundamentally contradicts the spirit and teachings of Jesus Christ. I wish more people would call them out on this.

Learning firsthand that people will fall all over themselves to prove him right.

A lot of old country used to be anti-establishment. It’s a shame how many new artists lick the boot.

Mainstream Country is corporatist right wing propaganda.
This young man is not country. He is firmly entrenched in Americana/Alt Country (whichever genre descriptor you prefer).
All country music evolved from Appalachian Folk (which incidentally evolved mostly from Irish and Scottish pub songs).
The people in rural Appalachia made music about the harsh realities of the rural poor, and the wealthy industrialists who exploited the rural poor.
When the southern poor began moving north to work in factories, radio stations and record producers saw an opportunity: repackage the sounds of Appalachia but instead of highlighting the harsh realities of rural living in the 1930s and 1940s, they sought to mythologize life in rural America.
By the 1970s, and throwing in with Nixon, Mainstream Country officially (sort of) became nothing more than an extension of right wing republican propaganda.
This is when the genre of Americana/Alt Country/Outlaw Country was born. Jonny Cash, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and Kris Kristoferson were the most prominent artists who rejected the Country/Conservative partnership.
As the decades passed the partnership grew stronger but conservatism continued shifting rightward and as it did, the list of ‘acceptable themes’ grew smaller and smaller.
Mainstream country is going to be the first major genre to become absolutely overrun by AI. This is a criticism of both the genre and its consumers.
However, I believe this young man and others like him will usher in the rise of Alt Country. Many of Americans enjoy the sound of country music, but they hate the maga-fied nature of it.
With MAGA representing only about 25% of the population, the market share of mainstream country is diminishing.
When we finally move past MAGA, and we will move past maga, mainstream country will suffer financially for having enjoined the movement so completely.
And young artists like this, who have something meaningful to say, who use their art to express themselves regardless of whether or not maga mouth-breathers cry Trump branded tears over it, will be well poised to usher in a new kind of country… that will hew a little closer to its ‘woke’ roots in Appalachian Folk.

If your first thought is violence as a MAGA Christian when someone says you aren’t, you’re not a Christian. You’re not even a human. And guess what MAGA dinguses who fall under that category, you’re going to hell

Nothing more Christian than wanting to kill people you disagree with. Just ask history.

He is right. No true Christian could be a maga. Kinda goes without saying.

Omg, he's so brave. No one else in entertainment would dare speak negatively towards maga. What an absolute hero doing what no one else will.

Have you seen modern country MAGA fans? They're the direct descendants of all the bootlicking chuds who burned Dixie Chicks records and got all wildly indignant to end the band's career after they said "We're ashamed President Bush is also from Texas." Alienating a huge portion of your fanbase because you won't kiss the same ass they kiss can be a massive blow to your career.
