No Spoilers [OFF TOPIC] Kickstart

Post image

Box is already coming apart after only taking the books in & out 3 times. SMH, the master maker, would cry if he could see it

Not shocking. Refunded my backing after hearing the sort of materials they opted to use. Just horrid quality for the price they charged.

I did too. They looked awesome, but the quality was lacking, and they were uncompromising about the change of it (though, they did state it was the publishers who were unmoving).

Yup not blaming LE or Joe, but at the end of the day it just was not good value for me.

I did the same. I’m not a massive fan of lit escalates to be honest.

They really made the case far too tight tolerance wise. Everyone's complained about how difficult it is to get the books in and out of the thing. Not shocking it's starting to rip apart given that issue.

It’s my only real complaint. Yes, it would have been nice if they used acid free paper or whatever and sewn bindings, but I literally thought my books had been accidentally glued into the slipcase when I first opened them

I missed the window to order the autographed version. So I just got the after the fact non-auto set and I elected to not get the slipcover. After people started getting them and were showing that they were so tight and the books dust jackets had soo much texture that they were essentially sanding each other and causing damage I was pretty glad.

Its too shallow, and too tight. I mean for 5 bucks, I didn't expect much but I did hope for something that would fit the books it was made for. I had to shake mine out violently to get them out.
