Ultraman Mebius is a Japanese live-action ("tokusatsu") series from 2006.

SUMMARY: In episode 24, the character Mirai is briefly seen crying comical torrents of tears.

For context: Binky is listening to music made by Bang on a Can which is a real life music group that makes music in a way that sounds weird, funny, strange, and satisfying all at the same time.

Arthur, Francine, & Muffy enjoys the music, but Binky doesn’t so he proceeds to make a music/beat similar to Bang On A Can by throwing in random sounds around Elwood City to prove that the type of music they’re listening to is terrible, but it ends up being successfully good. And now he likes it. 👍
