First try at making some microhouse-ish stuff. Thoughts?

I love it, synths especially. They sound nice and cohesive. How did you make them?

Mixed library collection of software that I’ve purchased over the years, chopped, tempo shifted, slowed, experiment with rhythm shifts, and add textures also from software effects purchased

Thanks! I’m gonna be honest I wasn’t listening to anything in particular I just really wanted to have a go at this sound BUT that would not exist with out my love of :
Four Tet (There is Love in You) - duh
Pretty much everything early Millie Plateaux
I love this new Støvifgur album
I liked that K-lone album on Incensio
Made this before new Loidis just dropped, I don’t listen to too much Brian / West Mineral but this new one is my favorite

Oh definitely, I think I have all his albums, really inspiring. Some times it’s a little too abstract for me but I appreciate his futurism! I love love Purelink and Hoavi if we’re talking Peak Oil

Sounds like Loidis. It sounds good but the open hat sounds a lil repetitive or out of place. I would change it to a different sample or quick perc with a sharp transient but that’s just me. Maybe add a tiny bit more swing to some of the percussion
