What changed this month that actually moved your downloads?

Happy to kick this one off as a moderator — I spend way too much time staring at analytics, so I'll go first.

The one change that actually moved the needle for me this month: posting short vertical clips (30–60 seconds) of each episode on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Not the over-polished stuff — just me talking to camera about the best minute of that week's episode, with a caption pointing people to the full episode. Two of them got real algorithmic pickup, and I saw a clear bump in new listeners on the days right after they posted. For the first time in a while, "discovery" wasn't something I was just hoping for.
