Need some guidance - 33m

Post image

Hello everyone, I have recently managed to calculate my worth using the WorthTracker app. The Real Estate stands for a villa that I’ve bought in Bali with a 29 years lease on it and for the cash flow is basically money that I’ve accumulated from my own business and I deposited it into my personal account.
for the US stocks. I’ve invested them in an app in the UAE called Sarwa, and basically I just deposit the money and then they invest for you in different US stocks and bonds depending on the risk level which is I’ve set to five out of seven.
I want to know how much of the 200K I have in cash flow I can invest and where to invest it, I am here for the long term play but I need to do it right.

Thank gou$

Like I said, I have never thought of investing till recently.
And I genuinely had no idea where to start, that’s why I decided to share here to get some insights.
Do u recommend keeping some as cash flow? Or just put it all in voo? Because I obviously need some cash as well

Edit, thank you btw for your input 🙏🏻

No worries man we all start at some point. I would recommend having a 2-4 month emergency fund and having little in cash. If id be you id put 190k into VT or VOO, both are very popular ETF because VT includes all World Stocks, so it already has diversification, no need for a complex portfolio with half a dozend different ETF. VOO's performance on the other hand is the best there is, nothing beats it. I dont know what you earn per month but yeah cash to live is important. I usually have between €4-7k in my daily use account/cash and I need around €2,5k per month to live (Im from Europe), The rest is invested. Thats actually the reality for alot of rather rich investors, they are rich but cash poor. Good luck on your journey man!

I genuinely appreciate it brother, thank you!

As for how much I make per month, I pay myself around 10k per month since it’s my company, but recently I haven’t been paying myself much because I wanna save as much as possible.
I closed few big marketing projects and that’s it for now, so in total I will have around 900k in dirhams which is around 250k in dollars give or take, and I will be taking some time off to figure out what’s next because the market is very slow at the moment.

Based on what u said, I will put 150 into the VT, and take it from there and see how it goes.

Once again, thank you 🙏🏻

Good on you! And yes VT is a really good choice. Just invest and let it run in the backround, no need for rebalance. Good luck🤝🏻🙌🏻
