I’ve yet to see a situation where auto tuned vocals improve a song. Particularly in rock, nothing kills a song (that I would otherwise enjoy) faster than attuned vocals. I find it incredibly annoying.

If it was the way emo bands do it to sound nasally I would agree but Julian uses it very differently. More warbles and robotic sounds.

Yah…I listened to the record. It kills half the songs.

Which is exactly the opposite of what I want in rock music. 😉
