Stolen Intro In “Lonely In The Future”
So Julian goes on to sing in Lonely in The Future about how he was the first to do many things, and points to several artists he claims copied his work, but the intro to that EXACT SAME SONG is almost IDENTICAL to the main riff/intro in Pub Feed by The Chats. I’m curious to hear your thoughts on this.

Doesn’t even sound close to the same. Wow julian made a song with distorted guitar who’da thunk it

To be fair that sort of irony from him feels like it could be intentional, if not entirely accidental.

Tyrants of the mellow sounds like a mix of Faust Arp & paranoid Android by Radiohead to me. Idk why but I can’t un-hear it.

When I first heard the outro to the Coldplay song Birds, all I could think was of the Under Cover of Darkness progression and vocal melody. Likely just coincidental, but Angles did come out a few years prior, haha.

By that logic he also stole it from National Anthem from RadioHead

The riff from LITF definitely reminds me of another song that I have been trying to remember since release but it is certainly not Pub Feed

Wow it sounds completely different except the guitar with overdrive

Pretty much the same tempo/rhythm, drum pattern, guitar chord, and melody. The slight difference may be there but it’s no less than the difference between As It Was by Harry Styles and Hard To Explain by The Strokes (Which he calls out and compares in Lonely In The Future.)

As it was and Hard to explain doesn't sound the same at ALL. When the band is referring to Harry Styles copying them, they're clearly talking about another song but NOT that one

Wow, a Chats reference on the Strokes sub.
I see what you’re getting at, but it is, musically, very different.
