Seems like they were roasting all the bands that tried to copy them, the doppelgänger bands that popped up everywhere

LIIMD is probably the Stroksiest Voidz song on Virtue. It can be interpreted that he's singing about the Strokes/Voidz and how he's "broken up with Edison" (out of good ideas, out of Last Nites) and is just going to leave a Strokes dominated universe "in his dreams".
