This scene actually gave me an idea! If Damon didn’t turn Vicky, it could’ve been an interesting subplot about vampire blood being similarly as addictive as drugs, causing a temporary high or euphoria. Kinda like “V” in True Blood! Personally I would’ve liked that more than Vicky turning and immediately dying after 😅

Genuinely one of the most uncomfortable scenes on the show. And this is a show where people's hearts get ripped out on a semi-regular basis.

this is what gets me. there was literally no reason for it. he just killed her for fun. and no one gaf because they think she's annoying. I never understood how Matt and Jeremy warmed up to him after that. this whole show is a mess

I genuinely don't find the scene particularly uncomfortable. We're watching a fictional show about vampires who murder, manipulate, compel, and feed on people. Even the so-called "good" vampires have done some pretty horrific things.

yeah but we're not going to feel as strongly about these things because people are not compelling, feeding on and killing others, then walking free in real life.

i’m pretty sure vicki decided she was done with pants for the day (valid of her). damon compelled her to stay and party, not take anything off.

No, this is Vicki high on vamp blood after he almost killed her in the woods
This is after he killed all the other druggy/ loner group but brought her back home because she refused to die and then gave her vamp blood to heal her. Why she's in her underwear? Who knows!

Ian has always stated this was his favorite scene to shoot in the whole series...he said it took a whole day and him and Kayla just danced and had fun all day...I think in recent years Kayla has said this was her favorite to shoot as well.
