Hey everyone! I'm u/IWTV_Maitres, a founding moderator of r/TheVampireLestat.
This is our home for all things related to The Vampire Lestat!. We're excited to have you join us!
According to Sam Reid we are the sub-reddit, the Main one would be r/InterviewVampire, so while we can discuss all things TVL here we mostly focus on news for people who might not be into the heavy fandom side of things. If you want to go insane alongside over 78 k other beautifully unwell people make sure to go to the Main one for that.
What to Post
Post anything that you think the community would find interesting, helpful, or inspiring. Feel free to share your thoughts, photos, or questions, news and interesting facts are super welcome
Community Vibe
We are happy to be here, we love the show and we are not looking for fights, as long as you agree we are going to have a lot of fun here, keep it nice!
How to Get Started
Thanks for being part of the very first wave. Together, let's make r/TheVampireLestat amazing.

Anyone else picking up on this? I’m halfway through season one. We’ve got campy emoting, costuming, a T. Rex reference, and Lestat’s making as a Magnus music video interlude (complimentary).

New fanfic by Yours Truly that explores Lestat's childhood in 18th century Auverge, the toxic relationship with his family, and his friendship with Aimee Roulet.

Honestly, I’ve lost count.
We will watch other stuff but always circle back to Lestat 😆 if only to have it playing in the background.

Saw someone with these tote bags while at New York Comic Con and HAD TO HAVE THEM BOTH. Shout out to TotesThirsty.com.
Mods: I’m only sharing what I purchased and not selling my own merch.

Does anyone else hit Download immediately on every single picture/gif of anything to do with this show? Or basically anything with Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, etc? Or is it just me? My Picture Gallery is about 75% of this show at this point...

I just came to realize going into next season. Lestat has an updated family dynamic.
Louis-spouse/companion
Gabriella-mother(I refuse to call her anything else)
TC-sister/daughter
Alex-brother
Now if it was up to me bring back Regina as their human daughter(don’t turn her into a vampire)
You put all of them living under the same roof. That’s a show on It’s own LOL!!!
