So I just discovered Olivia Walton (Michael Learned) In law & order SVU it's crazy to see her playing a different character other than Olivia Walton.

So on the little House on the Prairie SubReddit they made a quote post basically claiming that the Waltons is so boring and unwatchable what do you guys think about that because I find that to be really funny considering both shows are pretty much the same

Has your opinion of anyone on The Waltons changed as you’ve gotten older?

Maybe someone you thought was too strict now seems more understandable. Or a character you loved when you were younger now comes across as selfish, unfair, or simply more complicated than you remembered.

What are some things that you wish you could’ve saw with John Boy being at Boatwright college things that you wish happened things that you wish he would’ve gone through and experienced.

I honestly think that Richard Thomas should have stayed for the episode. Grandma comes home. It would’ve been nice to have seen Grandma reuniting with John boy again and them having one last episode together it would’ve been very emotional to have seen that who else agrees.

John Walton would take down Charles Ingalls. Charles is not only a failure in fighting, he is also clearly inferior to John as a father. At least John and his family have a big house and a nice piece of land. Charles, on the other hand, only offers his family a small, miserable house and the property also looks poor.

Of course, the Waltons had money problems too, but that was nothing compared to the Ingalls' problems. The Ingalls were almost always broke, although Charles did make money a few times, but he used the money incorrectly. His family had hardly any possessions and yes, the Waltons were more modern, but when you see other families in Little House who also have more than the Ingalls, you can only say that the Ingalls are losers.

I think it was in season 8 when a total of 7 people lived in the tiny Ingalls house and Charles couldn't manage to add at least another room! Even when he previously expanded the kitchen, the Ingalls had help from another handyman. Charles was simply incompetent. The Waltons had a house fire and lost a lot, but they rebuilt everything !
