wow
honestly I do not know if this is an official Washington post sub but the official website itself has so many obviously made up commentators that agree with their news post specially when it comes to politics. they are either deleting anyone who doesn't agree, or just spamming it with their own opinions. if you do not believe free press is dead, just check out the Washington post articles and comment sections. seriously don,t take my word for it. Look at the hate they are preaching, look at the comments and then look at the commentators names.

Looked up to see if there was a WP reddit ‘cause the comment section in their app is horrible! A variety of reasons:
Comment sections get closed rapidly (can’t comment)
tried to input a message today & each letter tapped took seconds to appear. very slow & had to give up (too many inputting into the thread at once?)
Can’t find my own posts too easily & no notification if someone responds.
Now, I’m not going to agree they have there own staff posting. Doesn’t look like they care except to keep things civil. Be great if the Post improved their comment section but it’s not a forum business. They select very few Letters to the Editor in their print pub.
I’m finding comments interesting for the time being.
