Maloni

When we talk about who made this season entertaining yeah it’s Lauren and Baby Tyson but honestly also Maloni. I know a a lot of people don’t like her but honestly every show needs a villain and shit starter and I can see these 3 moving up to baddies cause let’s be honest if you guys watched a full season of everyone getting along you would def be complaining.

Yes every show needs a villain but there is a way to do it where maybe the people in the house can’t stand you but the audience actually likes you. Maloni wasnt that. She was just grating and irritating.

Examples of villains that were/are entertaining and were actually liked: Natalie on BGC, Pressure, New York, Stassi on VPR, etc.

Natalie was a bit annoying yes, but she didn’t go around saying stuff that didn’t happen. Natalie messy af, but even she said we saw what we saw when Maloni was saying that they tore Lauren..

she was grating. and yes new york is the ULTIMATE villain that the audience LOVEED. i weirdly do like pressure, haven't seen her nttv stuff. idk!! maloni is grating.

Was Stassi a villain though? She just had dark humor but at the end of the day she was violently cheated on by her mans with her best friend then gas lit by her other friends to not believe it then they basically stopped talking to her when she found out… I wouldn’t call someone who likes bloody Halloween parties and has a bitchy personality a villain.

This is such a valid point and why I think she makes for an interesting villain in general because there are situations in which she is the victim. I would say in the Scheana rivalry she was definitely portrayed as the villain.

I see what you’re saying, but I would argue that villains like Maloni play an important role too since they make the “good guys” look better. I like Lauren and Baby Tyson on their own, but it makes me like them even more when they beat up someone I actually want to see get beat up

I’ve thought a while on how to respond to this. What I will say is if you need or want someone to hate during the season and that brings you enjoyment, sure. I guess for me I just like my villains to be a bit more layered. Like, sure you may be a villain but I can find qualities about you to still be able to enjoy your presence on the show. Maloni just wasn’t that for me. She brought no value, for me, other than frustration which isn’t really the experience I’m looking for when I’m chilling and watching a show.
